General Terms and Conditions "Online-Shop" (AGB)

1. Scope of application
We provide our services exclusively on the basis of these AGB. All legal relations between EkoRevolte and its customers are exclusively subject to Swiss law.

2. Order
Your purchase/order represents a binding offer to us to conclude a sales contract. After your agreement to the terms and conditions, the order can be changed and cancelled (if not yet paid).

3. Products:
Care products, cosmetic products, beauty products, everyday products, hair products

3.1. Price quotations
The prices of our products are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and without value added tax, as none is charged. Shipping costs within Switzerland are not included in the final amount. The shipping costs per order are CHF 10.00 for postage (Post Economy) and packaging.

3.2. Availability
We deliver the products while stocks last. In most cases the same day as the money transfer is received. If a product has to be ordered again first, we reserve the right to do so within a period of four weeks. As our products are ordered from various EU countries, the delivery time may be longer depending on the supplier. This results in a waiting period for the buyer. Buyers will be informed of the approximate delivery time if possible.

3.3. Quality assurance
We are interested in our products arriving in perfect condition. Should you nevertheless find a defect, please contact us immediately. Send the package back to us sufficiently stamped, including delivery note and written explanation within three days of receipt. Any transport damage must be reported directly to the Swiss Post.

4. Delivery
4.1. Shipping
The condition for receiving a product is the payment received by EkoRevolte. We send our products by letter and parcel post (Post Economy) within Switzerland. Orders are processed within five working days, so that the delivery usually arrives within five to ten working days. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a parcel can also be sent to your workplace or to a neighbour's if you wish. If this is not possible, the postman will deposit the parcel in a suitable place at your home. Thus - workplace, neighbour, at your home - it is considered delivered. Of course, products can also be picked up directly at the EkoRevolte offices. During our holidays the packages cannot be sent. Then there may be longer waiting periods. If possible we will inform you about longer waiting times.

4.2. Notification
With the received payment you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. Subsequently, the process begins as described in 4.1 Shipping instructions.

5. Payment
5.1. Payment options
We offer the following payment methods for deliveries within Switzerland: -Prepayment to our postal account
-cash payment upon collection at EkoRevolte's premises

5.2. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Privacy policy
If personal data must necessarily be collected, they are only used for the execution of the contract and are treated confidentially. A passing on to third parties does not take place. The data will only be used for Leben Bewegen's own advertising purposes, unless you do not wish this. You can revoke the use of your data for advertising purposes at any time.
